Field Guide / Performance
Performance
Energy, endurance, fatigue resistance, training and the ingredients that support demanding days.
About this category
Performance is the part of the day you actually feel: how long you last, how hard the third set feels, how well you hold attention through a long afternoon. It is shaped by training, fuel, recovery and stress load — not by one hormone alone.
These guides separate ideas that often get blurred together. Testosterone and perceived energy are not the same thing. Stimulant energy and fatigue resistance are not the same thing. Each has different research behind it and different practical implications.
Where an ingredient is relevant, we describe what was studied: the extract, the dose, the population, how long the trial ran and what outcome was measured.

Guides in Performance are being written now. In the meantime, the ingredients, science and testosterone pages cover the same ground in detail.
