From the Founders
There’s Still a Lot Left to Do.
A note from the founders on family, training, recovery and why ROWR was built for this stage of life.

Life asks more of us now than it used to. There are young kids who want our time, aging parents who increasingly need our support, marriages we care deeply about, businesses and responsibilities that rarely slow down, and still a long list of things we want to do for ourselves.
We’re both 43. Between us, we have six kids. One of us is an avid runner chasing a Boston qualifier. The other still plays competitive hockey across three different teams. We’re at a point in life where there is more responsibility, but not less ambition.
None of that makes us want to do less. If anything, it makes us more conscious of how capable we need to remain.
When we were younger, energy and recovery felt almost automatic. As we’ve gotten older, the margin has become smaller. Sleep matters more. Recovery matters more. What we eat and how we train show up much faster in how we feel. We don’t see that as a reason to accept decline. We see it as a reason to become more intentional.
That was the starting point for ROWR.
We wanted to support the things we were already thinking about individually: healthy testosterone, daytime energy, performance, sleep, recovery, and the foundational nutrients behind all of it. But doing that often meant buying five or six different supplements, figuring out the right forms and doses, and remembering to take them all.
We wanted something simpler, something we would actually use ourselves.
In the morning, the job is energy, resilience, performance, and supporting healthy testosterone. At night, the priorities shift toward sleep, stress response, recovery, and rebuilding the capacity to do it again tomorrow. That became PRIME / AM and RECOVERY / PM.
The same thinking shaped the formulas. We didn’t want ingredients just because they were popular or doses chosen because they made the biggest number on a label. We wanted naturally derived ingredients with a clear purpose, doses informed by human research, and enough foundational support that you didn’t need a shelf full of extra bottles.
ROWR isn’t about trying to be twenty-five again or chasing a single testosterone number. It’s about preserving capacity: to run another race, play another season, show up for your kids, be there for your parents, keep building, and still have something left for the people you love.
